We are home again! Shoo! What a busy week! Although we had a little rain at the beach, it's still dry as ever here! Some of the squash and cuke plants didn't weather very well while we were gone. The tomatoes, corn, peppers, and other veggies seem ok. My poor little hanging baskets bit the dust while we were gone! Oh well! Most everything survived even if it will need a little loving to get healthy again.
The goats did well while we were gone and were even completely weaned from the bottle. We thought this week might be best since we were gone and wouldn't have to hear their pitiful little cries about wanting a bottle. Poor babies! They are just fine though and loved playing with Kira and Ella, Steve's little cousins, while we were gone.

Happy Birthday Ruby!
Who doesn't love celebrating their birthday at the beach! Yeah! Miss Ruby is 5 today and celebrating with her family at the beach.
